Cancellation POLICY
While The Afterword LLC provides meeting links via email the day of or before each session, timely attendance remains the client's responsibility. Clients are responsible for tracking and attending all scheduled sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a session may incur a No-Show Fee (see below).
Because The Afterword LLC does not double-book clients, late changes impact availability for others.
No-Show Fee
A 50–100% No-Show Fee may apply in the following cases:
Client does not attend the session or is more than 10 minutes late, requiring rescheduling.
Client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours, particularly if this happens multiple times.
Payment of any outstanding No-Show Fees is required before future sessions can be scheduled.
Repeated Late Cancellations
Three (3) late cancellations in 3 months or two (2) consecutive late changes may result in:
Termination of services, or
Placement on a Pay-First arrangement, at The Afterword LLC’s discretion.
